The only thing this site collects is what you type into the “Start a project” form. I use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What the form collects

• Your name and email address
• Your company and website, if you gave them
• What you need, and a description of the project
• The package you’re looking at, your budget and when you’d like to start, if you chose them
• Where you came from: the page that sent you here, and any utm tags on the address

Only your name, email and project description are required. The rest is up to you.

What I do with it

I read it, and I reply to you by email. I don’t sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. Nothing is emailed to you when you send the form; my reply is the first email you get.

Where it is stored

• Resend sends your inquiry to my inbox, so a copy sits in my email too.
• Upstash keeps a saved copy in a database, so an email problem never loses your message.

To stop the form being flooded, the database also holds your IP address for about an hour to count how many times it has been sent, and Vercel, which hosts the site, runs an automatic check that you are a person. Neither is tied to what you wrote.

How long it is kept

There is no clock on it. The saved copy stays until 5,000 newer inquiries have pushed it out, or until you ask me to delete it. The emails stay in my inbox and in Resend’s sent-email log until I delete them.

Asking for it to be deleted

Email build@mrvoltagestudios.com from the address you used on the form and say you’d like your inquiry deleted. I will remove it from the database and from my inbox, and clear Resend’s copy where I can. You can use the same address to ask what I hold about you.
