How paying works
- Pay once: 50% to start and 50% at launch. At $5,000 and above: 50% to start, 25% when you approve the design, 25% at launch.
- Pay monthly: a setup fee before design starts, then 12 automatic monthly payments by card, with Care included. Launch and Business have fixed monthly prices; Custom and Web tool are quoted.
- Your domain is always in your name, and the code is handed over in a repository you own once the build is paid for.

Questions
- What counts as a revision?
- A round of revisions is one set of reasonable changes to what I’ve shown you: wording, colors, spacing, swapping a photo, moving a section. A new direction, like a different structure or a fresh look from scratch, isn’t a revision. I’ll quote it in writing before doing it.
- What do I need to supply?
- The text and images for each page, unless you add copywriting ($125 a page). Your domain is always registered in your name; if you don’t have one yet, I’ll help you buy it.
- What happens after launch?
- For 60 days I fix any bug in my work for free. After that, pick an after-launch plan if you want one: they are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Changes outside a plan are $85 an hour.
- Who owns what, and when?
- Your domain is yours from day one. The code is handed over in a repository you own: when the final payment is made if you pay once, or after the 12th payment if you pay monthly. You can pay off a monthly plan early at any time and get it sooner.
- What if I stop paying?
- Hosting and care plans are month to month, so you can stop whenever you like, with no exit fee. A pay-monthly build is a 12-month agreement, stated before you sign: leaving early means paying off the rest of the build, but not the Care months you won’t use: $80 of each remaining $149 for Launch and $190 of each remaining $259 for Business. That balance is the price of the build, not a fee. If a payment fails and isn’t fixed within 14 days, the site goes offline until it is. Your domain stays yours throughout, so nothing is held hostage.
- Is there a guarantee?
- Every build comes with 60 days of free fixes for bugs in my work. There’s no money-back promise; instead, you approve the design before it’s built and you have revision rounds to get it right.
